1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Solva's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Description
Solva provides AI-powered tenant communication and maintenance coordination services for property management companies. Our services include:
- Automated tenant message processing and triage
- Vendor dispatch and coordination
- Follow-up and case management
- Reporting and analytics
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Solva's services only for:
- Lawful property management activities
- Communications related to property maintenance and operations
- Activities that comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harassment or discrimination
- Transmission of malicious code or harmful content
- Activities that violate fair housing laws
4. Service Limitations
Solva does NOT provide:
- Legal advice or services
- Eviction proceedings or management
- Lease interpretation or enforcement
- Emergency response services
Users remain responsible for all legal compliance, emergency response protocols, and final decision-making regarding property management.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on a per-unit monthly subscription model as outlined on our pricing page. Terms include:
- Monthly billing in advance
- 14-day free pilot period for new customers
- Minimum monthly charges may apply
- Volume discounts available for large portfolios
6. Data Ownership and Usage
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Solva. We are granted a license to use this data solely for providing and improving our services. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
7. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Solva in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solva and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data and cease processing new requests.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
